To ensure a secure and smooth transaction process, we offer flexible payment options tailored to different cooperation stages:

First-time Cooperating Customers:

100% payment in advance is required. We accept bank telegraphic transfer (T/T), Western Union, PayPal.

Long-term Cooperating Customers:

50% deposit to initiate the order, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.

All payments are settled through official corporate accounts or authorized channels. Proforma Invoices (PI) and commercial invoices are available upon request.

FAQs

Probe (Consumable): Typical lifespan of approximately 18 months. Calibrated and quality-tested before shipment. Comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt.
Display Screen & Other Electronic Components: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.
Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or normal cosmetic wear is not covered.

Dealers will receive priority technical support and marketing materials,Such as manuals, operation videos, and calibration videos

All products are manufactured in our own facility in China

Standard Lead Times:Quantity < 24 units: Approx. 3 business days.Quantity 24 – 100 units: Approx. 5 business days.Quantity > 100 units: Approx. 7 business days.
Note: The above applies to standard models only. Lead times for customized products will be quoted separately based on requirements.

3 Your team needs to learn how to handle basic after-sales issues. You should have your own dedicated after-sales team to manage all the products you sell, while we will provide full support and backing behind the scenes.

Process: Our full design cycle includes:Product Appearance Design → Internal Structure Design → 3D Prototyping → Mold Sampling → Mold Testing & Revision → Mass Production.
MOQ : 1,000 units.
Timeline: A minimum of 40–60 days.
Cost: Tooling fees and unit prices will be determined based on the complexity of the mold and technical requirements.
