2 .Standard Product Lead Times

Up to 50 units: Approximately 7 business days
50–100 units: Approximately 10–14 business days
500–1000 units: Approximately 25–28 business days

3. Customization Lead Times
Custom project timelines depend on specific requirements. Below are estimated timeframes:

App Customization + Testing: 30–60 days
Packaging Customization (Design + Printing): Approximately 10 days
Probe Mold Customization: 40–60 days

FAQs

Probe (Consumable): Typical lifespan of approximately 18 months. Calibrated and quality-tested before shipment. Comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt.
Display Screen & Other Electronic Components: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.
Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or normal cosmetic wear is not covered.

Dealers will receive priority technical support and marketing materials,Such as manuals, operation videos, and calibration videos

Option 2: Custom Tooling & Structural Design (Full ODM)

For partners seeking a unique product design and proprietary intellectual property.

Process: Our full design cycle includes:Product Appearance Design → Internal Structure Design → 3D Prototyping → Mold Sampling → Mold Testing & Revision → Mass Production.
MOQ : 1,000 units.
Timeline: A minimum of 40–60 days.
Cost: Tooling fees and unit prices will be determined based on the complexity of the mold and technical requirements.
